How do I know which size will fit me best?

The Size Guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our customer care team. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we’ll help you out.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact customer care right away.

What’s the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on "Track It" and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Meuf and mec reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. What is your return policy?

We accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a refund/exchange within 7 days of purchase. Any customised product cannot be exchanged or refunded.Customers returning goods are responsible for freight charges. Please note that all sleep wear, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, accessories and sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Meuf and Mec monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

What if my return is late?

All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received more than 7 days from the ship date are ineligible for return.

What is your return process?

Log in to your account and select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged. Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
